Dentalium Earrings — Silver Rain

These have that heavy, satisfying swing to them — the kind you feel every time you turn your head. Two natural dentalium shell tubes per earring arc out from a chain of silver jump rings and come together at the bottom in a cluster of gunmetal-silver round beads and tiny purple iris seed beads. The effect is like rain gathering at the tips of branches — all that movement pooling into something beautiful at the base. Each earring hangs approximately 3.5 inches from silver-tone fishhook ear wires. The dentalium shells are creamy white, and those gunmetal beads catch light with a subtle iridescence that photographs can only half-capture. Sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — Pit River Tribe, born and raised in the shadow of Mt. Shasta. Each piece is unique and will never be replicated.
