Beaded Ring — Winter Berry Checkered

This is what happens when I sit down with forest green, deep red, and white seed beads and let my hands figure out the pattern. A checkered geometric design in peyote stitch — every bead placed one at a time by me, personally, while probably drinking too much coffee and watching the weather change over Shasta. Made with matte Delica seed beads in forest green, rich berry red, and crisp white. The pattern has that satisfying visual rhythm where your eye just wants to follow it around the whole band. Approximately size 8, with a comfortable flat profile — no bulky metal, no clasps, just beadwork all the way around. This is a fully beaded ring. No metal findings. Just thread, beads, and a whole lot of patience from a Pit River Tribe artist who's been doing this since she was eight years old. One ring. One time. I'm not making this one again.
