Earrings
Earrings — Acorn Season on the Mountain
$54.00
About this piece
These are for the ones who know that fall doesn't start on a calendar — it starts when the acorns drop. Six opaque sage-green Czech glass triangle beads stack down each earring, alternating point-up, point-down, separated by dark smoky charcoal spacer beads that give the whole thing a quiet rhythm. At the bottom, a tiny gold-and-olive acorn charm swings free. Gold fish-hook ear wires up top. They're long — roughly 4 inches from hook to acorn — so they move when you move, catching light the whole way down. Sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — Pit River Tribe, raised at the foot of Mt. Shasta, where acorn season means something real. I sat with these ones a while. The triangles reminded me of mountains, the acorns reminded me of home. They won't be made again. They're yours now — if you're quick.

Care: Keep away from water and perfume. Seed beads are durable but the thread that holds them is not invincible — treat gently.
