Beaded Ring — Pink Dusk Over Shasta

This is what the sky does right before it gives up on being daytime — soft pink fading into white, all that color held tight between the dark. That's what I saw when I stitched this ring together, row by row, in peyote stitch with glossy Delica seed beads in black, two shades of pink, and white. The band is wide — about half an inch — and it sits bold on your finger without being heavy. Clean geometric stripes. No wobble, no gaps, just tight, even beadwork from an Indigenous artist who's been doing this since she was eight years old. Approximate size 10-11 based on the mandrel. One piece, one ring, and I will never make this exact combination again. My hands held every single bead in this thing. Now it's your turn to wear it — if you get here before somebody else does.
