Earrings — Pinecone & Tusk at Dusk

About this piece
If you grew up where I grew up — in the shadow of Mt. Shasta, surrounded by pines that never shut up in the wind — you know what a pinecone means. It means home. These earrings pair long, curved tusk shells in the most gorgeous iridescent grey-lavender (with a blush-pink fade at the tips) with cascading gold-tone jump rings and tiny gold pinecone charms that sit right against the shell like they belong there. Because they do. Gold fish hook ear wires with a coil wrap finish it off. Total drop is roughly 4 inches — they move when you move, and they catch light like they have opinions about it. Sold as a pair. Gold-tone findings throughout. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — each piece is unique and will never be replicated. I made these thinking about the trees outside my window. Now they're yours. One pair. That's it. Don't sleep on them.

Care: Keep away from water and perfume. Seed beads are durable but the thread that holds them is not invincible — treat gently.
