Beaded Ring — Copper Canyon at Dusk

This is what happens when I start thinking about the way copper light hits dark rock right before the sun drops. Deep plum-brown Delica seed beads sit alongside metallic rose-gold beads in a hand-woven peyote stitch band, forming a subtle diamond geometric pattern that catches light every time you move your hand. The contrast is warm and grounded — earthy and a little luxurious without trying too hard. Approximately size 10, this ring is about 3/8 inch wide — substantial enough to notice, comfortable enough to forget you're wearing it until someone asks where you got it. Made entirely with Japanese Delica seed beads, woven bead by bead by my own hands. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — each piece is unique. I will never make this exact ring again. Not in this color, not in this pattern. One piece, one owner. If it fits your finger, it was probably meant to.
