This hand-beaded retractable badge reel features a sweet little cartoon hippo with a flower crown surrounded by pink hearts, framed by rows of vibrant fuchsia, soft lavender, and matte grey seed beads with sparkling rhinestone cup chain woven between each row. The outer edge is finished with a clean whip stitch of grey seed beads. Backed with pink marbled leather and fitted with a sturdy retractable reel, belt clip, and clear snap-on ID strap. Approximately 2.5 inches across at its widest. One piece. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — Pit River Tribe, raised in the shadow of Mt. Shasta. I sat here beading this and laughing the entire time. It's one of a kind, just like whatever coworker inspired it. Grab it before someone else's hippo-twatamus makes them need it first.
