There's something about the way the wind moves after dark up near Shasta — you can't see it, but you feel it. That's what these remind me of. Each earring carries a column of glossy black and cool silvery-grey seed beads, stacked clean and deliberate on wire, dropping down to a detailed silver-tone feather charm that swings just right when you move. The alternating black and grey pattern has a quiet rhythm to it, like counting stars. Silver-tone fish hook findings. Total drop is approximately 3.5 inches including the hook. Lightweight enough to wear all day or all night. Sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — Pit River Tribe, born and raised in the shadow of Mt. Shasta.
