There's a specific shade of black that only happens when the sky over Mt. Shasta goes completely still at night — no moon, no glow, just dark. That's this black. These dangle earrings feature glossy black glass triangle beads, each framed by small black seed beads that anchor the shape. Below, antiqued silver-tone metal feather charms hang from small jump rings, giving the whole piece quiet movement every time you turn your head. Hardware is gunmetal fish hook ear wires with a small stopper bead at the top. Total drop is approximately 3 inches. Lightweight enough to wear all day but striking enough that people will absolutely ask you about them. Sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — each piece is unique and will never be remade. I sat with these ones for a while. They're simple and they know it, and that's exactly why they work.
