Loop Earrings — Late August Citrus Grove

These are the colors of the last good week of August — when the light goes golden earlier and everything outside looks like it's showing off before fall arrives. Five strands of seed beads loop down from polished silver cone findings, shifting from sage green at the top through bright lemon yellow into a deep, warm orange at the bottom. The gradient is smooth and deliberate, every strand placed by hand. Up top, dark gunmetal oval accent beads sit between orange seed bead spacers, hanging from teal niobium fish hook ear wires. These have real movement and swing. Approximately 4.5 inches in total length. Lightweight despite their drama. Sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — a Pit River Tribe citizen who grew up under Mt. Shasta and has strong feelings about color theory. I held these in my hands for a long time. They won't exist again. Grab them or miss them.
