Abalone Triangle Earrings — Twilight Shell

There's this color that happens right when the sun drops behind Shasta and the sky can't decide if it's silver or purple. That's what these earrings look like. Each one features a triangle mosaic abalone shell pendant — real shell, every tile catching light differently with flashes of green, pink, teal, and deep charcoal. Above and below each triangle sit graduated glass pearl beads in smoky plum and cool silver grey, giving these a serious amount of elegant movement. They hang approximately 3.5 inches from silver-tone fish hook findings, so yeah, people are going to notice them. The weight is satisfying without dragging — they swing just right. Sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — each piece is unique. I will never make this exact pair again. The abalone mosaic alone makes that impossible — every shell tile is its own little painting. I held these up to the window about fifteen times before I let them go. They're yours now, if you move.
