That abalone hits different, doesn't it? Like staring into a creek bed when the light catches it just right — blues, greens, purples, flashes of pink — and you can't look away. That's what's sitting at the center of these hearts. Each earring is built around an iridescent abalone shell heart cabochon, surrounded by silver-lined bugle beads and matte black seed beads that frame the shell like it deserves. A row of aqua blue rhinestone cup chain adds that cold-water sparkle, and the outer edge is finished with faceted clear crystal beads that catch every bit of light you walk through. Navy blue felt backing keeps them comfortable and clean. Silver-tone fish hook findings. Approximately 2 inches long, sold as a pair. Handmade by an Indigenous artist — each piece is unique and will never be recreated. I sat with these ones a while. The abalone kept distracting me. Now they're yours to stare at instead.
